Refund Policy

For tickets purchased to attend Ice Mosaics there are no refunds. All sales are final.  BOLD Media does not accept any request for refunds. 

 

Each ticket holder is expected to arrive at the event as designated by the ticket level terms they selected at checkout. Early or Late arrivals may result in denied entry. Early arrivals may be asked to wait until their designated time. A refund will not be issued if a ticket holder misses their selected date and/or fails to redeem their ticket during the current season. If a ticket holder does not show up during their designated time they forfeit their ticket without the possibility of refund or credit. 

 

In the event your ticket date is cancelled due to weather, technological issues, or some other unforeseen circumstance we will automatically upgrade your ticket such that it can be used "1" (one) time on any day we are open for the remainder of that calendar season. This modified ticket will be redeemable simply by showing up at the venue and presenting your ticket on any day we are open during the season (the ticket will still reflect the date/time you purchased previously, but will be noted on our backend system to have added flexibility terms). By purchasing a ticket to our events you agree to these terms and conditions.

As an outdoor ice event, we are open in the event of snow or light rain; we are also open in frigid weather conditions. Please dress appropriately and come prepared to walk on snow/ice which may at times be inherently slippery and wet.  The ticket holder does not have the right to make a judgement about what warrants a closure due to weather. If you feel unsafe driving in winter weather conditions which may be present any day the event is open (as we are a winter-weather event), please refrain from purchasing tickets for the event. In the case of extraordinary weather the event may be postponed by BOLD Media, please check the website for updates.

 

DO NOT purchase tickets to this event if you have difficulty navigating uneven terrain, are unable to walk through snow, or have other conditions which may pose an added risk to your health and safety by participating in the event. Those who are pregnant, physically frail, or have health conditions that could be negatively impacted by attending or participating in the event are STRONGLY ADVISED to refrain from attending.

 

BOLD Media reserves the right to cancel any tickets or remove any ticket holder from the event for any reason without refund. 

 

This policy is binding as of 12/30/2024. No agent or employee of BOLD Media may alter this policy.
