Wander through a magical ice landscape bursting with vivid light and color, and explore our slippery ice lane - perfect for children (with adult supervision)! If I buy tickets and its warmer than 32 degrees outside, will the event be postposed?Nope! We are open in weather as warm as 40 degrees at event start - so even if its unseasonably warm during the day, as twilight approaches and the weather naturally drops we will be open provided it is at least 40 degrees (or cooler) at the time of scheduled opening! In the event that weather is totally uncooperative we will notify all ticket holders via text message about delayed opening or closures caused by temperature.

Do We Need To Buy Tickets In Advance?You may purchase general admission tickets at the door, please note they are more expensive than having been purchased online.

Are Outside Food And Beverages Permitted?We do not permit guests to bring food or beverages into the event; however, we do have s'mores and hot chocolate available onsite for purchase!

Do you offer refunds?All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. In the event your ticket date is cancelled due to weather, technological issues, or some other unforeseen circumstance we will automatically upgrade your ticket such that it can be used "1" (one) time on any day we are open for the remainder of that calendar year season. That will be redeemable simply by showing up at the venue and presenting your ticket (which will still reflect the date/time you purchased previously). By purchasing a ticket to our events you agree to these terms and conditions.

Is the event rain or shine?We are not open if it is actively raining, we ARE open if it is lightly snowing! Furthermore, at the time of event opening, if temperatures are greater than 40 degrees we will delay opening until the temperatures drop below 40 degrees. We reserve the right to delay opening or close in the event of unseasonably warm weather or rain.

Looking for lost ticket?No need to reach out to customer service to get your tickets resent to your inbox. Instead, click the button next to the venue you bought your tickets for and our site will ask you to enter your email address to have your tickets resent. If you do not receive an email with your tickets within 15 minutes, simply provide your first and last name to the ticket attendant at the gate when you arrive and they can look up your ticket purchase - no need to reach out to customer service to verify. As we are an ice event, we monitor the weather closely and only make tickets available two weeks in advance. If weather is cooperative, we will gladly add more dates later in the calendar if possible, but we strongly recommend visiting Ice Mosaics as early as possible just in case weather warms up sooner than expected!
