Join a curated lineup of food and specialty craft vendors at one of New England’s most visually striking nighttime winter events. Ice Mosaics attracts guests who come to linger, explore, and enjoy great food, warm drinks, and unique handmade goods in a vibrant after-dark atmosphere. This winter, Ice Mosaics is expanding to more locations than ever, offering vendors the opportunity to connect with guests across New England.​

We are currently accepting vendor applications for the following locations:

• North Stonington, CT — January 30 & 31 (5:00–8:30 PM)

• Middleborough, MA — January 23 & 24 (5:00–8:30 PM)

Food Vendors:

 

To promote diversity of offers and strong earning potential, each event accepts no more than three food vendors. Booth pricing is $295 per weekend (Friday & Saturday evenings, times listed above). Please note:

• Power is not provided

• Vendors must hold valid SafeServ certification

• Vendors must be licensed by the local Board of Health in the state where the event is held

Craft Vendors:

We are seeking a limited number of highly curated craft vendors whose work aligns with the Ice Mosaics experience. Priority is given to the following types of vendors or those with similar offerings:

• Glass blowers (especially those offering live, on-site demonstrations)

• Candle makers

• Innovative LED light or lamp creators

Each location is capped at five craft vendors. Booth pricing is $175 per weekend for a 10’ x 10’ space (Friday & Saturday evenings).  Please note:

• Power is not provided

• Vendors should supply their own tent lighting as needed

Insurance Requirements:

All food and craft vendors must provide proof of valid general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Coverage must be primary and non-contributory, include a waiver of subrogation, and name both the event operator and venue as additional insureds.
