We are currently scheduling dates for January, February, and March 2026. Prime weekends are booking quickly. Ice Mosaics is available to travel to your venue anywhere in the continental United States - as a winter event, we need cold temperatures (although not necessarily freezing temps) - please see the FAQ about climate requirements for more info.

We supply: • Up to 80 vividly colored Ice Mosaics for display throughout your grounds • All stands, lighting, and cabling required to properly illuminate the installations • 8–10 decorative fire features placed throughout the experience to create warmth and atmosphere • Professional fire performers presenting live fire performances each night • Transportation and logistics to bring the Ice Mosaics and production elements to your venue • Setup and strike of the Ice Mosaics and fire features • On-site event management staff to oversee the Ice Mosaics and fire elements during the run of the event • Refrigerated storage to maintain the Ice Mosaics while the attraction is operating

You provide: • The event venue suitable for hosting the Ice Mosaics experience • A commitment to spend at least $4,000 per weekend on local advertising (we recommend hosting only 1–2 weekends per season to concentrate demand and maximize attendance) • Staffing for assisting with setup, breakdown, (under the guidance of our on-site managers) and managing daily operations, including ticketing, parking, guest services, and security. • A reservation deposit (which helps cover trailer shipping costs and our onsite representative’s travel and compensation) • Concessions setup and operation (food, beverages, bar service, etc.) to enhance the guest experience • Wood or kindling for the fire pits used throughout the event • Basic site infrastructure, such as suitable outdoor space and power access for the installations This structure allows the venue to manage guest operations and revenue streams, while the Ice Mosaics team provides the installations, fire features, and production elements that create the attraction.

Ice Mosaics is designed to create a strong revenue opportunity for host venues while keeping the operating structure simple. Host venues earn revenue primarily through ticket sales, along with concessions, bar service, parking, and local sponsorships, all of which are typically retained by the venue. Ice Mosaics is provided under a hosting agreement that includes a production fee and a small per-ticket participant fee, aligning the success of the event with overall attendance and allowing venues to capture the majority of the upside from a well-attended event. Because each venue and market is different, we offer multiple hosting structures designed to balance upfront costs and ticket revenue potential. For full details on the available hosting models and how revenue is typically structured, please reach out and we’d be happy to walk you through the options. Info@IceMosaics.com

Venues host Ice Mosaics because it provides a turnkey winter attraction designed to generate attendance and revenue during the coldest months of the year, when many outdoor venues typically see a drop in visitors. Ice Mosaics creates a visually striking nighttime experience featuring illuminated stained-glass-style ice art, fire features, and live fire performances that encourage guests to spend time exploring the grounds, purchasing concessions, and sharing the experience on social media. Because the attraction is designed as a high-throughput outdoor walk-through, venues can run multiple time slots per evening and maximize ticket revenue. For many parks, zoos, gardens, breweries, agritourism destinations, and other event venues, Ice Mosaics offers a way to extend the season, activate winter nights, and create a new revenue stream using space they already have. If you’re interested in exploring whether Ice Mosaics would be a good fit for your venue, reach out and we’d be happy to discuss how the program works in more detail. info@IceMosaics.com

Ice Mosaics is designed for venues that want to attract winter visitors and generate buzz during the colder months. Ideal hosts include: Zoos, botanical gardens, and arboretums Fairgrounds and exhibition centers Resorts, ski areas, and winter destinations Shopping centers and mixed-use developments Municipal parks, downtown districts, and cultural spaces Large event venues seeking seasonal programming If your location has the space to display Ice Mosaics, can handle guest traffic, and has interest in winter event programming, you may be a great candidate to host.

Ice Mosaics is best suited for cold-weather climates where outdoor ice displays can maintain their form throughout the event. Locations with average winter temperatures at or below freezing are ideal. However, venues in slightly warmer climates — where daytime temperatures may rise above freezing but evenings drop into the high 20s or lower — can still host successfully with proper planning. Since Ice Mosaics is designed primarily as an evening experience, daytime showings are recommended only in consistently freezing climates. Each Ice Mosaic is created to last for a single day; once it melts, it’s gone. This means that even venues without consistently freezing weather may still be eligible to host evening showings.
